The doors to this new and exciting facility opened on February 2nd, 2009. We are located on the 1st Floor of "The Arena" at the Sleeman Sports Complex - so now, many of our existing clients have a shorter drive to come and train with us! Hopefully, having this second centre in Brisbane can allow many other athletes from the Eastside of Brisbane to come along and experience the training and services offered by the Acceleration!

Facility: 1 large training room, basketball court and heaps of parking outside in Parking Lot 2. This venue offers a basketball court for testing, agility and speed training and the weight room is ready to go with new weights, core and flexibility equipment. For parents, you have the ability to go to the Poolside Cafe, join the H20 Fitness Club, swim in the Brisbane Aquatic Centre or just enjoy the peacful and natural surroundings at the Sleeman Sports Complex. Camps: Operating out of the Sleeman Sports Complex allows Acceleration Brisbane East the unique opportunity to provide accomodation and catering services for camps. Schools, clubs, sporting organisations and corporations will benefit from an Acceleration camp. Acceleration has been running camps since 2002, so you can rest assured that your group will learn alot, progress further as a team and get a lot of enjoyment out of the facilities, coaching and environment. Using the basketball court, weight room, swimming pool and other facilities at the complex, your camp can focus on any of these areas: speed, strength, fitness, conditioning, recovery, injury prevention, diet, foot speed, agility and any agenda items you bring on board.
